The start of May saw our Bealtaine event ( Ireland's Older Persons Festival ) postponed due to high weather, but when we did get to have it in mid May, what a wonderful event it was. Some of the lovely people from The Cranmore group arrived and learned to use the fire steel for the first time and one of the ladies lit the fire with it for the first time and her face was just magic. It goes to show there's always time for play and learning new things!!
